Do I have to book an appointment now?

You can, but you don't have to. Once you're enrolled, simply call us 1-844-644-8880 to book an appointment whenever you need us.

How will I be charged for this appointment?

There is no additional charge for your appointment with the provider once you are a member. If you require a prescription, lab work or imaging you will be required to pay or use your insurance. We do not take this payment.

Why do you need my insurance information?

This helps the provider when deciding where to send you for lab work, imaging and prescriptions. We will work with you to find the best cost effective option. If you don't have insurance, no problem! Our membership covers unlimited number of visits for you throughout the year.

How many times can I see the provider with my membership?

As many times as you as long as your membership status is active (Yearly Membership/Monthly Membership)

How does it work?

You might have a question one day or need assistance from a clinician. You may already have a primary care doctor but unable to reach them when you need to. Think of this as an alternative or available service provided to you at no extra fee for being an existing patient. Simply call or request an appointment online, and a healthcare provider will contact you virtually within 24 hours. If we are unable to help you directly, we will help coordinate your care.

Is this an insurance plan?

Skylight Health is a Direct Primary Care service and is not a health/insurance plan. Members are encouraged to obtain a low cost high-deductible health plan or other coverage in the case of emergencies or large medical expenses
